Expanded Skies Whiddon Woods Oak Leaf Sapphire Ring is inspired by the beautiful oak in Ashburton’s and Whiddon Woods. It branches stretch over the path, covered in tiny ferns and home to many birds and creatures.
The Expanded Skies Whiddon Woods Oak Leaf Sapphire Ring is totally handcrafted by Emma on the edge of Dartmoor. Created in recycled sterling and fine silver, inlaid with 9ct gold and with an ethically sourced Sri Lankan sapphire of a mossy grey-green, that changes in the light, set in 9ct gold, with a hand engraved oak leaf.

The sterling silver ring band has a depth of 2.3mm approx. The width is 3.5mm with inlaid 9ct gold.
The ethically sourced 4.5 x 3mm sapphire is from the leading ethical gemologist and supplier Stuart Pool, of Nineteen48 Ltd.

Presentation and packaging
The jewellery comes in a beautiful presentation box, handcrafted in Cornwall, made with recycled board and FSC certified textured paper. The boxes are embossed with compostable fine foil. The interior of the box is lined with natural felt made of wool from organically reared sheep from Fern Hill Farm in Somerset. The box has a layer of berry tissue paper made from recycled fibres. The box comes with a card featuring a photograph of Dartmoor printed on FSC certified recycled paper by, with accompanying details of the piece.
All the packaging is 100% recyclable and compostable and beautifully reusable!
