The ouroboros, the snake or dragon eating its tail, is an ancient Egyptian, Greek, Chinese and also a medieval alchemical symbol. The ouroboros represents the cycle of life and eternal renewal. The ouroboros reminds us that all of life is energy and energy doesn't disappear, it transforms.

  • Inspired by the Dartmoor granite rocks abundant with large quartz crystals, megacrysts.  The substantial Dartmoor Megacryst ring is made from recycled sterling silver and recycled 9ct gold. A hammered textured Matt finish on the outer surface and a high polish inside.  The band is handcrafted from sold sterling recycled silver. The 'tor' (referring to the mounded rocks on the summit of hills on Dartmoor) is layered with a sterling silver 'tor', inlaid with recycled 9ct Gold.
